LuxeDial – Terms & Conditions

Article 1 – Definitions

  • Cooling-off Period: The time during which the consumer may cancel their purchase.

  • Consumer: A natural person not acting in a professional or commercial capacity.

  • Day: A calendar day.

  • Duration Contract: An agreement for recurring product deliveries over time.

  • Durable Medium: A tool (e.g., email) that allows information storage and unchanged reproduction.

  • Right of Withdrawal: The right to cancel the purchase within the cooling-off period.

  • Entrepreneur: LuxeDial, the operator of the online watch store.

  • Distance Contract: An agreement made via remote communication (e.g., website).

  • Remote Communication: Any method used to conclude contracts without in-person interaction.

  • General Terms: The present terms and conditions of LuxeDial.


Article 2 – Applicability

These terms apply to all offers, agreements, and distance contracts between LuxeDial and the consumer.
They will be made available before the conclusion of a contract and may be provided electronically for future reference.
Where specific product conditions apply, the more favorable terms to the consumer will prevail.

Article 4 – The Offer

Offers will clearly state:

  • Validity period

  • Total price (excluding customs/import duties)

  • Shipping costs

  • Right of withdrawal (if applicable)

  • Payment, delivery, and fulfillment methods

All offers are non-binding. Product descriptions will be accurate; images are illustrative and may differ slightly from actual products.


Article 5 – The Contract

A contract is formed once the consumer accepts the offer and meets all stated requirements.
Electronic orders will be confirmed, and LuxeDial ensures secure transactions.
Orders may be refused with justification, or additional conditions may apply.


Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

Consumers may cancel their purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
Returns must include original packaging and accessories.
Cancellation must be requested via email or written notice. Items must be returned within 14 days of the cancellation notice.


Article 7 – Return Costs & Refunds

Consumers bear the cost of return shipping.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after returned items are received or proof of return is provided.


Article 8 – Prices

Prices are fixed during the offer period unless tax rates change.
LuxeDial is not bound by obvious errors or typos.
Consumers are responsible for any additional import duties or local taxes.


Article 9 – Product Conformity & Warranty

Products will match the offer and meet quality expectations.
Defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
Warranty excludes:

  • Improper use

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Material restrictions due to law or regulation


Article 10 – Delivery

Orders are delivered to the address provided, typically within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
In case of delay, consumers will be informed and may cancel for a full refund.
Unavailable items may be replaced with similar ones, which consumers may refuse.


Article 11 – Duration Contracts

  • Open-ended contracts may be terminated with one month’s notice.

  • Fixed-term contracts do not auto-renew unless expressly agreed.

  • Contracts over one year may be cancelled after the first year with one month’s notice.


Article 12 – Payment

Payment must be made within the specified time after the cooling-off period.
Errors in payment information must be reported immediately.


Article 13 – Complaints

Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of discovering an issue.
LuxeDial will acknowledge complaints within 14 days and provide a resolution timeline if needed.
Valid complaints will be resolved via repair or replacement at no cost.


Article 14 – Disputes

Efforts will be made to resolve any dispute amicably between LuxeDial and the consumer.


Article 15 – Updates to Terms

LuxeDial may update these terms to reflect operational changes.
Consumers are encouraged to review them periodically.
